About me ........ well right now I am living in Speyside Scotland I enjoy my part time job as Art teacher in Speyside Moray and I am able to spend time to indulge my passion, painting, especially classic fishing flies.

I have been painting them since 2005. At first attracted to the colour, pattern, shapes combined, they seemed a good subject. I became hooked when I tracked down the creators of these beautiful objects and landed upon the forum http://www.classicflytying.com which is frequented by the best known tyers from all over the world.

Over the years painting these beautiful and fascinating objects I enjoy the infinite variations of tyer, tying style, purpose, rivers, type, age, materials and techniques that make each fly unique with its own story and that have many stories yet to tell.

Now my paintings and prints are in public and private collections all over the world. I have worked with over 60 tyers from 15 Countries and completed nearly 200 illustrations. Im currently showcasing the best of these as limited edition prints.
